Original liner notes from Brum Rocks:
Brum Rocks... well it certainly did last night when Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant joined a two-and-a-half hours of rock 'n' roll nostalgia at the new-look Birmingham Town Hall.
It was undoubtedly Robert Plant who caused the biggest stir -with Led Zeppelin preparing for their massive one-off reunion gig next month-, and the highlight of the show had to be his four-song set. He got a great response with an unusual version of Led Zeppelin's Black Dog, and also performed Bob Dylan's Corrine, Corrina during a brief -but captivating- slot.
